Detailed below are five reunion events.  The Reunion Committee needs to know which of these events you and your spouse/partner will be attending.     

Meet and Greet

While a number of people will be playing golf on Monday, the opening event will be a Meet and Greet at 6:00 pm, to be held at McMenamin's Gearhart Hotel, Sand Trap Restaurant, situated on the Gearhart Links Golf Course.  There will be a buffet dinner with open bar.  Attire is casual.  Tim and Mary Boyle will be hosting this event, which will include McMenamin's beer on tap. However, as you might imagine that is a lot of beer, so the Sand Trap Restaurant needs to know how many people will be attending.

You may feel like you are entering a time machine.  Background music will be from the 60's and early 70's.  You will definitely hear from the likes of The Beatles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Rolling Stones, Mamas & Papas, The Doors, The Troggs, Beach Boys, Three Dog Night, The Byrds, Joe Cocker,  Cream, Blind Faith, Jefferson Airplane, Isley Brotheres and more.  And just to show you that your Reunion Committee has stayed current with the music, we will throw in some more recent hits.  Does Tommy Tutone ring a bell?  But wait, do you know "My Sharona"?  Lastly, "In-A-Gotta-Da-Vita" will only be played by special request, and unfortunately, it will only be played once.

Golf Tournament

There is no cost associated with this event.  Tim Boyle is hosting the golf, complete with free tee's.  But, the golf course still needs to know who will be playing golf, because that's a lot of tee's.

The main event is a reception and dinner at the Astoria Golf and Country Club.

Enjoy an elegant reception, followed by fine dining at one of the Oregon Coast's finest establishments, the Astoria Golf and Country Club, located a scant 10 minute drive from Gearhart.

A nice final gathering before old friend's depart to return home or play more golf later in the day on Wednesday.  RSVP, so Laurie has enough food for everyone and Gary has enough beverages.    

 
Golf with the Gillam's

Golf on The Highlands nine-hole golf course, and the only ocean view course on the north Oregon coast.  This is not an executive course.  It is a par 31, with 1,852 yards to navigate.  There are four par 3's (two over 200 yards) and the balance par 4's.

  1. Meet and Greet

    As indicated, Tim and Mary Boyle are hosting the Meet & Greet event, complete with McMenamin's beer.  The restaurant needs to know how many people are coming so they know how much food to prepare, but more importantly, that is a lot of McMenamin's beer, so please indicate how many people will be coming.  A price of $.01 is necessary to get the website software to provide a number count.  Lastly, there is a name tag box below, give us your names so we will know exactly who is coming.

    Baby Crow is comping the golf with free tees thrown in as an incentive to attend the reunion.  (Sorry, we have to charge a penny in order to get the website software to activate the ordering process, so we can get a correct headcount.)

  3. Reunion Reception & Dinner

    The main event is a reception and dinner at the Astoria Golf and Country Club.  Be prepared to hear an opening prayer from the Pastor Jim (Wendell) Wilkey.  A serenade, lead by Tim Davis, will give you the opportunity to hear several old songs, including the Delt Sweetheart song.  Lastly, Tim Boyle has given only one instruction to the staff at Astoria Country Club:  "Serve the good wine first!"
